Connexions West Yorkshire is a service providing confidential advice, guidance, support and personal development for all 13-19 year olds (or up to 25 with learning difficulties and disabilities). Connexions West Yorkshire brings together all the services that help young people and provides them with access to an experienced Personal Adviser, someone they can trust.

Connexions is about helping young people navigate their way through difficult life decisions and through youth work, it’s about helping young people get the personal development opportunities they need to fulfil their potential. Connexions West Yorkshire works in all areas of the sub-region over the five main districts - Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield.

Across West Yorkshire, there are several Connexions Centres where you can get advice and guidance from Personal Advisers on a whole host of issues including health, relationships, careers, education, finance and housing. You can also access a Personal Adviser within a number of Connexions Access Points, including Lifeline Kirklees.
